As your Lead Wedding Coordinator, I step in 90 days before your wedding with my Month-of Coordination package, taking over communication with your venue, caterer, florist, photographer, and other vendors to ensure every detail is in place. If you're looking for Day-of Coordination only, I also offer a package designed specifically for your wedding day and can customize services to fit your unique needs.

What service do you offer?

I specialize in month-of and day-of wedding coordination, stepping in during the final stretch to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly. From “Almost” to “I do,” I guide couples with calm, confidence, and a steady, experienced hand—so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.

In addition to weddings, I offer coordination for select milestone events, including 50th birthday celebrations, bridal luncheons, elegant baby showers, and nonprofit gatherings. Drawing on a strong corporate background, I bring exceptional organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage a wide range of events with precision and care.

 

What packages do you offer?

For Month-Of Wedding Coordinating, we have one thoughtfully tailored package. This package is priced between $1,800–$2,500, based on factors such as venue location, rehearsal timing, and the complexity of vendor communication; I come in about 90-days before. For Day-of this package is customizable topping off around $1,500.00 depending on what you need. 

For milestone and other special events, pricing varies due to the level of detail, scope, and coordination required. Please reach out to schedule time for a consultation so we can discuss your vision and create a customized proposal.

How far in advance should we book your services?

I recommend booking our services as soon as you have your venue, florist, and other key essentials locked and selected in to ensure I am available for your desired wedding date or milestone event date.
